Liam

He's officially adopted. And he's officially called Liam. (Picture taken today-a couple minutes ago)

What made me tear up was I found out from the hospital that he was due to be put to sleep soon since he had been at the hospital for so long. So, they gave him to me for free (regardless if I worked for the city or not). They even gave me a free bag of food for him. It's good to know that I just saved such a precious dog's life. *tear*

Also, Val was only a temporary name. He came into the hospital on Valentine's day, so that's just a name they called him for a few months. So, I changed his name to Liam. So far he responds to it so, I think this will be a good thing.

He seriously lights up my life. It's amazing how an animal, a dog especially, can have that effect on a person. He even made my quite boring day at work a great day, just because I knew he was going to be mine. :) <3

Anyway, I just wanted to give an update. He's doing great.
