Probably go to bed. It's 5am. I got off work about 30 minutes ago. I was supposed to get off work at 2am but at about 1:40am, I'm on my way back to the station when I catch a car speeding. Pull her over, she's drunk. She ended up blowing a .191. The legal limit is .080 here in Kansas. Yeah, she was drunk.
Today started out pretty good. I got up, did my thing at home. My insurance company came out and checked out my car. It's not totaled, according to them. I have over $3,000 worth of damage, and with my insurance company, a $1000 deductible. I spoke with dipshit's insurance company too and they'll be coming out. They're still "investigating" the matter. The police report isn't even finished. But, as soon as they see the report they'll be dishin out some money. I was also advised to open up a claim with dipshit's insurance company for loss of value. I was planning on trading my car in at the end of this year and getting a new one and now the value on my car has plummeted. I don't know how to go about that. I guess that's my question for you JoJo... You know the answer??
Anyway. I started off the shift finishing a hefty a report. Not too shabby. It was huge but it didn't take me all that long to complete and FTO was proud. Then we go out and FTO tells me I need to drive to our southern most boundary of our city without using any main streets, no map, no back tracking, nothing. So, while I'm doing that I get a text message from Darlene, a girl who used to work at the PD, who I'm friends with. Well, FTO also knows her so he takes my phone and starts texting her (did you catch that he's texting her on my phone??). Well, then I realize... I've kind of been talking about FTO a bit to a friend of mine through text messages. Although the text messages weren't on the phone, I was afraid I'd get a little comment from her sometime that evening, and that'd be bad if he had the phone. So, I ask to see my phone (See that? I had to ask to see my phone) and I texted Fari (the friend) real quick to forewarn her not to send any dirty text messages because FTO was texting on my phone. Well, FTO's starts playin with my phone again and after a few minutes he looks at me and says 'Who's Fari?'. I went red. I figured (because Fari does have a tendency to do this) she sent a dirty message to my phone JUST because I told her not to. She loves to embarass me. So here I am flipping out asking FTO what it said. He won't tell me. He just keeps smiling at me. Then he hands me back my phone and all messages had been deleted.
For hours I'm sitting there pondering what Fari could have sent. She's not answering her phone (she has a tendency to do that as well. She's one of those strictly text message kind of girls but FTO wouldn't let me text and drive, the jerk lol.) and FTO just has this smile on his face. FTO keeps asking what she could possibly say to embarass me and all this crap. He then says 'The only thing that she could repeat to me is something you've said.' Then continues on by saying 'She would've said something that you told her about me, wouldn't she? What have you been saying about me to her? *grins his flirty sexy grin he has*' Well, finally, I get a text from Fari (because I now had possession of my phone) and she says 'What I SAID to him was '____________ * Ok so I can't repeat what she said. It was very, very ...explicit. Pretty much porn over text. I yelped when I read it, just because I couldn't help it. FTO looks at me amused and asked what. I said that she sent me a text repeating what she said to him, but that I didn't think she really sent it. He asked why. I said because if he had actually read the text, he wouldn't be acting like this.
So, we go back to the station, eat dinner, finish a report, then go back out on the street. Time has passed. Then FTO says 'Hey did Darlene text me back?' and holds out his hand for my phone. I was like 'No... I don't think so... I haven't got a text message'. But, he just holds out his hand waiting for me to hand the phone over to him. So, without thinking, I hand him my phone. I'm driving, rolling down the windows, when I glance over and there's FTO sittin there reading Fari's text. FTO then shuts the phone and hands it back to me. I didn't say anything for a moment and neither did he. Finally, because it's my personality, I spoke.
Me- You're slick
FTO- How's that
Me- You knew you didn't get a text message from Darlene. You just wanted to read the text message Fari sent.
FTO- That's not true.
Me- Yes, it is. You read the text message.
FTO- No I didn't.
Me- Yes you did. I looked over and I saw it on the screen and I saw you reading it.
FTO- *shrugs and looks out the window*
Me- *shakes head and laughs*
I don't even care if he read the text message because that's on Fari, not me. It was just funny how adament he was about reading it. I told him it was explicit and that's why I wouldn't show him. I told him it was an inappropriate text message that had nothing to do with him. Yet, he still found himself a way to read it. Cops. I would've done the same thing in his shoes. Hm...
*sigh*
You know, I wish he weren't married. Because I'd like to do the explicit things Fari was talking about to him. I'm pretty sure he knows that. He hinted on the fact that he knows some things... Sometimes it's really hard to read that man and he knows it. And he loves it.

Yikes! Be very careful with this guy. He is playing a dangerous game with you, especially since he is married. Most men (not all) are dogs and will take advantage of any opportunity to get some on the side. I'm just worried about you. You are young and beautiful, so he might think you are easy to manipulate.
ooo, i was thinking the same thing! be careful, that whole situation is dangerous. you guys are playing w/ fire there girl.
Men. They just love to strut around puffing out their fancy feathers for beautiful young women such as yourself.
Claire is right though....he IS playing a dangerous game w/ you. He shouldn't be acting this inappropriate with you. I say turn your phone off so that your receipt of texts in his presences doesn't happen again.
PS About your car question...I didn't know you were going to trade it in this year. Get it fixed first, and then see what a dealer will say. Cars depreciate the second a person buys it, so I don't think it much matters whether the car was or wasn't in this accident.
If you get a chance, email me the year, make, model & mileage on it and I'll run a Kelley Blue Book and NADA Guides on it and let you know the value of it now.
